论职业生涯规划在就业指导工作中的作用

摘要

Through analyzing the current employment situation, this paper proposed the employment guidance with career plan-ning as the core, aiming to create a favorable environment and condition for university students' employment through the estab-lishment of an effective employment guidance model, so as to help them successful find suitable jobs and continuously improve the employment of graduates.%本文通过对当前就业形势的分析，提出以职业生涯规划为核心开展就业指导工作，旨在通过建立有效的就业指导工作模式，为大学生就业创造良好的环境和条件，从而帮助学生顺利就业，不断提高毕业生就业率和就业质量。
