SERVICE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LIFELONG CAREER AND EMPLOYMENT GUIDANCE PROGRAM

A system and a method for providing a life course and employment guidance service over the internet are provided to help a user to have a wanted occupation after graduation of a university by enabling the user to detect the life course by himself or herself from junior and to prepare for the life course. A system for providing a life course and employment guidance service includes a web server(110), a life course coaching server(120), an employment coaching server(130), an education management server(140), a clinic server(150), a member management server(160), a database server(170) and a focus e-diary server(180). The web server provides services on ordinary times life coaching and employment coaching via a web site. The life course coaching server designs step by step and systematic education & life course coaching programs and provides weekly services via the web server. The employment coaching server provides employment recommendation, a strategic academy for employment, internship, a company visit program and employment information by executing assessment in accordance with the life course coaching. The education management server designs various education programs for the life course and the employment coaching provided by the life course coaching server and the employment coaching server, provides education programs like an online and an offline lecture, performs assessment, and transmits the assessment result and the education result information to the life course coaching server and the employment coaching server. The clinic server provides construction skill or expert guidance of a resume and a self-introduction form. The member management server manages each guidance & education course completion information and life course & employment information while managing member information, and transmits expert assessment and diagnosis information to the member via e-mail. The database server stores and manages operating programs, education documents and member information of the servers via databases. The focus e-diary server provides a service of real time information on employment, occupations, interviews, employment news, public subscription events, employment success stories, internship, side jobs, current issues and others. The computers(10,20,30) of clients and consultants are connected to the web server through the Internet.
