从幼儿园体罚事件看教师角色的重塑

     

摘要

The teacher, as the precursor of the outlook on educa-tion, affects and restricts the development of teachers' outlook on education. The corporal punishment in the current education practice reflects some teachers' incorrect and unscientific outlook on their role. The reconstruction of the teacher's outlook on their role is the key to the reduction of corporal punishment in kinder-gartens. This paper mainly elaborated the issue from four aspects, including kindergarten teachers' outlook on their role, the estab-lishment of kindergarten teachers' correct outlook on their role, analysis on the main internal and external factors affecting the formation and development of teachers' outlook on their role, and finally the exploration of the reconstruction of kindergarten teachers' outlook on their role.%教师角色是教育观的先导,影响和制约着教师教育观的发展,目前教育实践中出现的幼儿体罚事件,反映出部分教师角色观的不正确、不科学。为了减少教师伤害幼儿事件的发生,重塑其教师角色观是关键。本文主要从四个主要的方面来进行论述,一是幼儿教师的角色观;二是幼儿教师正确角色观的树立;三是对影响教师角色观形成与发展的主要内、外在因素进行分析,最后探讨幼儿教师角色观的重塑。
