航海类专业毕业生就业工作的若干思考

摘要

In the background of market economy, under the im-pact of the financial crisis and the impact of the rise of more and more navigation colleges, much pressure has been brought to navigation students' employment, so how to do a good job in the employment of navigation graduates is a research topic for every college. According to the long-term shipping market research, combined with the writer's own practice of employment guidance, this paper explored the employment of navigation graduates from strengthening the construction of campus culture with navigation characteristics through the guidance of employment education by enterprise cultures, and enhancing the construction of the em-ployment market.%在市场经济的背景下，在金融危机的冲击下，在越来越多航海类学校崛起的冲击下，航海类学生的就业也给学校带来了一定的压力，怎么做好航海类专业毕业生就业工作是各个学校都在研究的课题。笔者根据长期的航运市场调研，结合自身的就业指导工作实践，从企业文化导引就业教育加强具有航海特色的校园文化建设以及加强就业市场建设方面探讨航海类专业毕业生就业工作。
