高职院校就业指导工作与学生利益休戚相关，要最大程度发挥就业指导工作的实效性，必须与思想政治教育二者紧密结合、互相渗透。本文通过阐述思想政治教育在高职院校就业指导工作中的现状，一方面总体上处于良性发展，另一方面却依然存在不少问题。最后，提出必须围绕以就业工作为本、典型方法相结合、全程化实践、思想政治教育队伍建设四个方面加以重点解决。%The employment guidance work of higher vocational colleges is closely related to students' interests. In order to give full play to the effectiveness of the employment guidance work, it should be closely combined and integrated with ideological and political education. Through elaborating the current situation of ideological and political education in the employment guidance work of higher vocational colleges, it is found that the overall de-velopment is favorable, but there are still many problems. Finally, this paper proposed four aspects to solve the problems, including the orientation of employment, the combination with typical methods, whole-process practice, and the construction of ideo-logical and political education groups.
