基于校企合作的土木工程人才“三位一体”职业教育模式探索

     

摘要

本文通过与国外职业教育进行对比分析,针对国内土木工程职业教育的现状,认为土木工程职业教育中一方面应该在重视职业能力培养的同时,注重职业素养的培养;另一方面应该充分发挥企业和社会在职业教育中的作用。在此基础上作者提出了土木工程人才“三位一体”的职业教育模式,即根据职业教育的培养定位,一方面强化职业能力和职业素养的培养,另一方面采用高校、企业、社会共同培养的方式,充分利用校企合作平台,完成土木工程高级技术人才的培养。%Through a comparative analysis on vocational educa-tion at home and abroad, in view of the current situation of do-mestic civil engineering vocational education, this paper holds that vocational ability and accomplishment training should be at-tached to much importance and the role of enterprises and the society should be given full play in vocational education. Based on this, this paper proposed the“three-in-one”vocational edu-cation model for civil engineering talents, that is, in accordance with the training orientation of vocational education, to compete the training of advanced civil engineering technical talents through making full use of the university-enterprise cooperation platform which both strengthens the training of vocational ability and accomplishment and adopts the joint training method involv-ing universities, enterprises and the society.
