关于构建“美丽班级”的模式探索

摘要

A class is an initialized society and the class collective is an important field for students' growth. To effectively construct the class collective is conducive to the cultivation of students' sense of collective and sense of collective responsibility and hon-or, the formation of correct media orientation, the establishment of positive styles of class and learning, and the gradual cultivation of students' self-education, self-management and self-service, thus training them to be excellent talents with comprehensive devel-opment of virtue, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor. This paper proposed the definition of constructing a beautiful class, elaborated the connotation of beautiful class and finally proposed the measures of constructing a beautiful class.%班级是初始化的社会群体，班集体是学生成长的重要园地。搞好班集体建设，有助于培养学生的集体观念、集体责任感与荣誉感，形成正确的舆论导向，树立良好的班风、学风，同时能逐步培养学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的能力，使学生真正成为德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的优秀人才。本文提出建设美丽班级的概念，阐述美丽班级的内涵，最后提出构建美丽班级的措施。
