新加坡职业教育对我国职业教师发展的思考

摘要

通过参加新加坡南洋理工学院、新加坡东亚管理学院的学访，亲身感受到新加坡职业教育理念的先进性和超前性。本文阐述新加坡职业教育成功发展的因素之一，即专业教师的职业发展，并结合我国高职教师职业发展现状提出一些对我国高职教师职业发展的启示。%By visiting Singapore NanYang Polytechnic & EASB, the authors personally experienced the advancement of vocation al education concept of Singapore.This paper analyzes one of the factors for the development of Singapore vocational educa-tion,namely the professional teachers' professional development, and connecting with the status of higher vocational teachers' pro-fessional development in our country,puts forward some enlight-enments on higher vocational teachers' professional development.
