护理学院2013届毕业生思想状况调查报告

摘要

Thisstudyexploresthestateofthe2013sessionof nursing college graduates' mind,finds out that the students in our col-lege have no any adequate preparation for employment,they are still utility in their job objective,and they lack the teamwork and professionalism.Most of them are aware of the importance of employment guidance in the college departments,and are ea-ger to get help in the education of employment policy,the training of job skills and the consultation of employment psy-chology. Therefore,our college should intervene early in em-ployment guidance for the college graduates,foster their com-prehensive employment ability,pay attention to the employ-ment education and construct the employment information net-work through multiple channels.%本研究探讨护理学院2013届毕业生思想状况，结果发现我院学生对就业无充足准备，他们的就业目的仍很功利，缺乏团体合作和敬业精神。他们大多意识到学校的就业指导部门在毕业生找工作中的重要性，并渴望在就业政策教育、就业技巧培训和就业心理咨询等方面获得帮助。因此，我院在就业指导中应及早介入，培养学生的综合就业能力，注重就业观教育并多渠道进行就业信息网络建设。
