我校中职护理专业学生职业生涯规划现状及思考

摘要

由于中职生年龄较小、社会阅历尚浅，对自身的认识、对自己的前途处于迷茫阶段。为了让学生清楚认识自己、明确学习目标、明朗自己职业前途，本文将分析我校中职护理专业学生职业生涯规划现状，揭示我校职业生涯规划中存在的问题并提出几点改进意见，探索适合我校中职护理专业学生职业生涯规划的模式。%As secondary vocational school students are generally young, with little social experience, they are at the confused stage of recognizing themselves and their future. In order to let students know themselves clearly, define their learning objec-tives well, make clear their career prospects, this article will analyze the present situation of secondary vocational nursing students' career planning in our school, reveal the problems ex-isting in the career planning of our school, put forward some opinions for improvement, and explore the career planning model suitable for secondary vocational nursing students in our school.
