“90后”大学生就业偏好的调查分析

     

摘要

Employment is vital to people's livelihood. Higher re-quirements of university employment guidance are put forward under the current severe employment situation."Post-90s"uni-versity students have become the major job-hunting groups of u-niversity graduates. To understand their emotion and tendency of employment is a premise to carry out targeted career guidance work. Through questionnaires, we analyzed the preference of em-ployment planning, employment purposes, working conditions, job location, unit selection and remuneration of the "post-90s"university students. Conclusion can provide reference for the ef-fective implementation of the work of employment guidance.%就业是民生之本,当下严峻的就业形势对高校的就业指导工作提出了更高的要求。“90后”大学生已成为大学毕业生求职大军的主要群体,了解其就业时的情感和倾向是有针对性地开展就业指导工作的前提。本文通过问卷调查,对“90后”大学生在就业规划、就业目的、工作条件、就业地点、单位性质选择和薪酬方面的偏好进行了分析,结论可为高校有效开展就业指导工作提供参考依据。
