学分制收费是学分制的重要组成部分，是以学分为收费单位的一种新的收费和教学管理制度。本文介绍了昆明理工大学学分制收费的改革历程，探索和构建与之相适应的管理制度。重组与构建课程体系，打通学科大类的课程设置，理顺学分类别关系，科学界定总学分、总学费、学分单价，建立科学、高效、严谨的收费管理体系，规范收费行为。%Credit charging system is an important part of the credit system, and is a new charging and teaching management system with credit as the charging unit. This article describes the reform process of credit charging system in Kunming Uni-versity of Science and Technology, explores and builds the suitable management system. We explores the issue from the following aspects: restructuring and building course system, getting through the curriculum setting of subject categories, ra-tionalizing the relationship among credit categories, scientifi-cally defining total credits, total tuitions, the unit price of credits, establishing a scientific, efficient and strict charging management system and standardizing charging behavior.
