采用教师工作形塑和职业认同量表对262名高校教师进行问卷调查,考察了工作形塑与职业认同的状况及关系.结果发现:(1)高校教师的工作形塑水平较高,在人口学因子方面和社会性因子上存在极其显著的差异.(2)高校教师职业认同与工作形塑及其因子任务形塑、认知形塑、环境形塑都存在极其显著的正相关.(3)职业认同中的角色价值观、职业行为倾向是工作形塑的预测因子,对高校教师工作形塑有显著的回归效益.%The scale of teachers' job crafting and career identity was used to investigate 262 university teachers, and the status and relationship of their job crafting and career identity were sur-veyed. It was found in the result that: (1) The level of university students' job crafting is relatively high and it has significant dif-ferences in demographic factor and social factor. (2) There is a very significant positive correlation between university teachers' career identity and job crafting as well as its factors including task crafting, cognition crafting and environment crafting. (3) Role values and professional behavior tendency are predictive factors of job crafting, and are of significant regression benefit for uni-versity teachers' job crafting.
