In order to learn about the influence of lane occupa-tion on urban traffic capacity, we used matlab to process the videos given and the data collected, analyzed the influence of traffic accidents on the real traffic capacity of lanes, and came to the following conclusion: the influence of the style of block on real traffic capacity in Video One (blocking the inside lane) is more significant than that in Video Two (blocking the out-side lane).%本文针对车道被占用对城市道路通行能力的影响,通过视频,收集数据,利用matlab对数据进行处理,分析了事故发生对道路的实际通行能力的影响,得到结论:视频一的堵车方式(堵住内侧车道)对于实际通行能力的影响比视频二的堵车方式(堵住外侧车道)更明显.
