目前,政府宏观调控、学校主动调适、企业积极融入的长效合作机制并未真正形成,校企合作能够可持续发展的保障机制尚未有效建立.对高职校企合作的现状及存在问题进行分析,剖析合作各方的利益诉求,找准利益结合点,建立校企合作的保障机制,才能够促进校企合作的长效深入开展.%At present, the long-term cooperation mechanism with the macro control of the government, the active adjustment of the college and the active participation of the enterprise, has not re-ally formed yet, and the guarantee mechanism for the sustainable development of college-enterprise cooperation has not been es-tablished yet. This paper analyzes the current situation and exist-ing problems of higher vocational college-enterprise cooperation, analyzes the interests of all parties in the cooperation, accurately finds the joint point of their interests, and establishes a guarantee mechanism for college-enterprise cooperation, in order to pro-mote the long-term and deep implementation of college-enter-prise cooperation.
