团队指导模式的土木工程专业毕业设计探索与改革

摘要

毕业设计是对大学四年所学专业理论知识检验的重要环节，是培养应用型人才必不可少的重要阶段，但目前在土木工程专业毕业设计教学过程中还存在一些问题。笔者结合几年指导毕业设计总结的经验，探讨了毕业设计团队指导模式，从毕业设计选题、过程管理及考核体系方面对土木工程专业毕业设计进行深化改革，培养了学生的工程意识，提升了教师的教学水平，同时提高了毕业设计的教学质量，达到了应用型人才的培养目标。%Graduation project is the important testing stage of professional theory knowledge in the four years of university life, also is the important stage of cultivating practical talents. Howev-er, there are still some problems during the teaching process of civil engineering graduation project presently. According to the experience obtained in guiding graduation project, this paper discusses the team cooperation guiding model, deepening reforms in the fields of the subject for graduation project, process man-agement and evaluation system, cultivating the students' engi-neering consciousness, and promoting the teachers' teaching quality, meanwhile, the teaching effectiveness is improved. It achieves the objective of cultivating practical talents.
