英语是高职教育中一门十分重要的学科,英语教学对学生的实践能力培养意义重大.但是,很多高职院校英语教学中普遍存在"重理论、轻实践"的情况,学生的英语学习只停留在理论层面,实际运用能力不强,不符合当前高职院校英语教学目标的要求.改善高职英语教学效果,就必须重视培养学生的知识运用能力.一体化教学方法的主要特点在于可以将理论与知识充分结合起来,与高职英语教学的目标要求十分契合.本文对一体化教学方法在高职英语教学中的应用进行了详细分析,并着重探讨了应用要点.%English is a very important discipline in higher voca-tional education, so English teaching is of great significance in the cultivation of students' practical ability. However, in many higher vocational colleges, theory is emphasized while practice is ignored in English teaching, making students' English learning stay at the theoretical level and leading to their poor ability of practical application, which goes against the current English teaching objectives in higher vocational colleges. To improve the effect of higher vocational English teaching, we must attach im-portance to the cultivation of students' ability to apply knowledge. The main characteristics of integrated teaching method lie in that it can fully combine theory with knowledge, which tallies with the objectives and requirements of higher vocational English teach-ing. This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the application of integrated teaching method in higher vocational English teaching, and focuses on the essentials of the application.
