劳动与社会保障专业本科生关键能力培养问题及对策分析

关键能力对于学生适应未来社会职业调整和变换起着关键作用,而劳动与社会保障专业是一个新兴专业,该专业本科生在关键能力培养上存在缺乏培养课程、教学方法落后、教师能力不匹配等问题,因此,应采取制订相应方法加强劳动与社会保障本科生关键能力的培养.%Key abilities play a key role in students' adaptation to the professional adjustment and transformation of the future soci-ety. Labor and social security major is an emerging interdisci-plinary major, so there are some problems in the cultivation of la-bor and social security undergraduates' key abilities, such as lacking capacity-building courses, backward teaching methods, incompatible teacher abilities and so on. In this regard, appropri-ate methods should be formulated and adopted to strengthen the cultivation of labor and social security undergraduates' key abili-ties.
