摘要

本文概述了我国研究生创新能力培养的重要性，创新型研究生所应具备的品质及培养现状，进一步从创新的教育方式、导师队伍建设、营造创新环境等方面提出一些措施，旨在使广大研究生创新能力能够得到进一步提升。%This paper outlines the importance of the cultivation of postgraduates' innovation ability in China, the qualities innova-tion-oriented postgraduates should possess and the current situ-ation of the cultivation, and then proposes some measures from the innovation of education styles, the construction of tutor teams and the creation of an innovative environment, aiming to further improve the innovation ability of postgraduates.
