加强高职院校订单班学风建设的思考

摘要

Through the questionnaire survey and interviews, we learned that the atmosphere of study is not very good in the order classes of higher vocational colleges at present, such as the short-age of learning motivation, the negative attitude of learning, the lack of learning discipline, poor learning atmosphere, and so on. Based on the present situation, the author proposed the counter-measures for strengthening the atmosphere construction of study from four aspects:laying emphasis on education, in order to cor-rect students' attitude towards learning; paying attention to sys-tem, in order to strengthen students' sense of discipline;attaching importance to management, in order to consolidate incentive and elimination mechanism;strengthening cooperation and introduc-ing enterprises to participate in the management process.%通过问卷调查和实地访谈，得知目前在高职院校订单班中存在着学习动力不足、学习态度消极、学习纪律欠佳、学习氛围不浓等学风问题，本文基于学风现状，从四个方面提出加强高职院校订单班学风建设的对策：重教育，端正学生学习态度；重制度，强化学生纪律观念；重管理，夯实奖励淘汰机制；重合作，企业参与过程管理。
