以升应用本科为契机，加强学校内涵建设--以江西工程学院为例

摘要

This paper elaborates how to strengthen quality con-struction by means of the opportunity of upgrading to applica-tion-oriented undergraduate colleges mainly from five aspects:transforming school-running ideas and scientifically positioning talent cultivation modes; further increasing school-running in-vestment and improving school-running conditions; enhancing teaching staff construction; highlighting school-running charac-teristics and brand construction; strengthening experiment and training teaching and comprehensively promoting college-enter-prise cooperation.%本文阐述了如何以升应用本科为契机，加强学校内涵建设，重点从转变办学理念，科学定位人才培养模式；进一步加大办学投入，改善办学条件；加强师资队伍建设；突出办学特色与品牌建设；加强实验实训教学，全方位促进校企合作五个方面，谈了点自己的刍见。
