在医疗事业不断发展的时代，护生是推动临床护理工作进步的中坚力量，本文提到的青年护生更是其中最主要的构成部分，临床实习过程中他们总会遇到纷繁复杂的问题，究其原因大多因为思想上存在意识偏差和对护理工作认识不清。本文就尝试通过思想政治教育解决他们存在的系列问题，找出最佳解决方法，为他们从护生到护士的顺利转型打好基础、作好准备。%In the age with continuous development of medical cause, nursing students, especially the young nursing students, as the most important part, mentioned in this paper, are the back-bone force promoting the progress of clinical nursing work. But in clinical practice, they will always encounter different and com-plex problems, which mainly due to their misconceptions and ob-scure understanding on nursing work. This paper explores the application of ideological and political education in solving their existing problems, aiming to find the best solutions, thus laying a solid foundation and making a good preparation for their success-ful transformation from nursing students to nurses.
