全球护士短缺已经成为不争的事实，护理专业将成为直接出国就业的热门行业。本文将从高职护理专业公共英语教学现状入手，分析护理专业英语教学存在的问题，提出科学设置教学内容，更新教学观念，合理整合高职护理专业英语师资，树立多元化教学评价观，为培养具有英语语言沟通能力的高职护理人才开辟新的路径。%A shortage of nurses in the whole world has become an indisputable fact, so nursing profession will become a hot em-ployment and it will provide the chances to go abroad. This article focuses on the nursing profession' s public English teaching situ-ation in higher vocational institutions. We will pay attention to its current teaching situation and analyze the problems of nursing English teaching. At last we put forward the solutions: setting scientific teaching content, updating teaching ideas, reasonably integrating the nursing profession's English teachers, setting up the concept of diversified teaching evaluation. It will help to cul-tivate higher vocational nursing talents with higher English lan-guage communication skills in a new path.
