浅析新时期高校师德建设存在的问题及对策探索

摘要

师德是教师基本素质之一，但在社会转型期大背景下，部分高校教师师德存在着敬业精神不足，师表意识欠缺，育人观念薄弱，功利思想抬头，治学态度不严谨等问题，高校师德建设面临严峻的形势。因此，如何改善高校师德建设存在的问题，已成为新时期高校进行思想政治教育研究的重要工作。%Teachers' morality is one of the basic qualities of teachers, but in the period of social transition, there are some problems in some university teachers' morality, such as lack of professional dedication and consciousness of exemplary virtue, weak educational concept, raised utilitarian thought, insufficient attitude towards rigorous education, and so on, making the con-struction of teachers' morality in universities face a severe situa-tion. Therefore, how to solve the existing problems of the con-struction of university teachers' morality, has become an impor-tant research work of ideological and political education in the new period.
