学校道德教育回归主体的路径分析

     

摘要

德育,即教育工作者为使受教育者在道德价值的理解和道德实践能力等方面不断建构和提升而为其提供合适的品德成长价值环境的教育活动。换言之,促进个体的道德自主建构的价值引导活动就是德育。在此活动过程中,教师和学生均为其主体。学校道德教育是提高德育实效性的根本途径,本文结合学校德育的实际,从分层递进道德目标的建立,重视道德情感内化,引导自我教育和开展道德实践四个方面加以思考。%Moral education refers to the education activity in which the educators provide the educated with proper environ-ment for moral development, in order to continuously construct and improve their knowledge on moral value and their moral practice ability. In other words, the value guidance activity which promotes the self-construction of morality of individuals is moral education. In this process, both teachers and students are the subject. School moral education is the fundamental way to im-prove the effectiveness of moral education. Combined with the practical situation of school moral education, this paper elabo-rates from the following four aspects: constructing progressive moral education objectives, paying attention to the internalization of moral emotions, guiding self-education, and implementing moral practice.
