在汉语词汇的发展过程中,魏晋南北朝时期的佛教词语大量产生对汉语固有的词汇系统是一次巨大的更新.而《高僧传》作为魏晋时期较为代表性的文献,其中的佛教词汇是非常丰富且具有典型性的.本文以《高僧传》中佛教词语为例,从构词的角度,将其分为语音造词和语法造词两大部分进行分析,并将统计分析后的结果与中土汉语构词方式相比较,从而探求佛教词语的构词特点对汉语词汇发展的促进作用.%In the process of the development of Chinese vocabu-lary, words of Buddhism occupy a very important position. Espe-cially in Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern dynasties, when the advent of large numbers of Buddhist words is a huge update of the inherent Chinese vocabulary system. While "The Biography of Eminent Monks", as a relatively representative literature dur-ing the Wei and Jin period, is very rich in typical Buddhist words. Based on the Buddhist words in "The Biography of Eminent Monks" as an example, from the perspective of word formation, this paper divides them into phonetic coined words and grammar words and analyzes the two parts respectively, and then compares the results generated from statistical analysis with Chinese word-formation methods in the central mainland, so as to explore the role of the formation characteristics of Buddhist words in pro-moting Chinese vocabulary development.
