对当前高职主持与播音专业人才培养模式的建议

摘要

伴随着媒体事业的进步，主持播音专业发展迅猛，招生及报考人数逐年攀升。然而在专业热的背后，高职院校主持与播音专业却隐藏着诸如生源质量不高、教学设施不完善、师资力量薄弱、课程设置缺乏创新性等亟待解决的问题。因此，本文立足于主持与播音专业培养及就业现状，从多个方面对当前高职主持与播音专业的人才培养模式提出了一些建议。%Along with the progress of the media industry, broad-casting and hosting major is developing rapidly, resulting in an increasing number of candidates with each passing year. Howev-er, there are some problems urgently needing to be solved in this major, such as poor quality of candidates, imperfect teaching fa-cilities, weak teaching staff, and lack of innovation in curriculum setting. Therefore, based on the current situation of the cultivation and employment of broadcasting and hosting major, this paper proposes some suggestions on the talent cultivation model for this major.
