法律风险视野下的大学生创业保障机制探析

摘要

To establish a guarantee mechanism to avoid the legal risks of college students' entrepreneurship is of realistic signifi-cance to improving the success rate of college students' en-trepreneurship and raising their legal awareness. From the legal responsibilities that college students will probably shoulder in their entrepreneurship, this paper points out the risks that college students' entrepreneurship are faced with in civil, administrative, criminal and other fields, and proposes a guarantee mechanism to avoid the legal risks of college students' entrepreneurship from such three dimensions as making laws, learning laws and apply-ing laws.%建立规避大学生创业法律风险的保障机制对提升大学生创业成功率，提高大学生法律意识均具有现实意义。本文从大学生创业可能承担的法律责任角度指出了大学生创业在民事、行政、刑事等领域所面临的风险，并从立法、知法、用法三个维度提出了规避大学生创业法律风险的保障机制。
