“新常态”对高校构建平安校园提出了诸多新要求，可以运用辩证思维、系统思维、战略思维、底线思维等，在“新常态”下采取新举措：加强新常态新思维宣传，践行社会主义核心价值观；推进教育事业全面改革，减少广大师生的困难和风险；强化平安校园信息网络，及时排除安全事故的隐患；增进校内校外部门沟通，形成平安校园的联动机制。%The"new normal"put forward many new requirements to build a safe campus of colleges and universities. Under the"new normal", we can use the dialectical thinking, systems thinking, strategic thinking, bottom-line thinking, to take new measures, such as enhancing the propaganda of the new normal thinking to practice the socialist core values;promoting compre-hensive reform of education programs to reduce the difficulty and the risk of most teachers and students;strengthening the campus safety information network to eliminate hidden dangers of safety accidents promptly; improving the communication between the internal and external departments of school to establish a linkage mechanism of safe campus.
