山东省民办高校教师职业倦怠调查分析

摘要

The study of "occupation burnout" is increasingly applied in various public service industries. Taking teachers in private colleges in Shandong Province as the research object, this paper investigates the extent and the performance of its occupation burnout, and compares the effects of different demographic variables on full-time teachers. It also analyzes the causes and countermeasures, in order to understand and solve the problem of occupation burnout of teachers in private colleges in Shandong Province.%“职业倦怠”领域的研究日益应用于各种公共服务类行业。本文以山东省民办高校教师为研究对象，探讨其职业倦怠的程度及其表现，并比较不同人口统计学变量对专职教师职业倦怠的影响，分析原因及对策，以期了解并解决山东省民办高校教师职业倦怠问题。
