基于大数据的高校学生档案管理--以南京航空航天大学为例

Student archives are extremely important for universi-ties, society and individuals. However, there are some problems in the current student archives management, such as lack of archives awareness, specific responsible staff, archives standard-ization and digital recording. The writer proposes a university archives management method based on big data, hoping to guide university talent cultivation through the archives management method based on information management and big data.%学生档案对于学校、社会和个人来说都非常重要。然而现阶段学生档案管理存在“无档案意识、无专人负责、无归档规范、无数字化记录”等问题。本文作者提出了基于大数据的高等学校档案管理方法，在信息管理的基础上，希望通过大数据的档案管理方法指导高校人才培养。
