从“机会成本”视角审视研究生教育全面收费政策对本科毕业生选择的影响

The charge policy for postgraduate education is a new approach to develop postgraduate education under the condition of socialist market economy. From an economic perspective, postgraduate education possesses the property of "private prod-uct"to a certain extent with the educated as the most direct and most important beneficiaries in the investment, so according to the principle that who benefits foots the bill, the educated should pay necessary education fees. From the perspective of"opportu-nity cost", the educated are inclined to receive postgraduate edu-cation, and universities and the government can further promote the development of postgraduate education through perfecting fi-nancial supporting policies and implementing a flexible learning system.%研究生教育收费政策是社会主义市场经济条件下发展研究生教育的新途径。从经济学角度来讲，研究生教育在一定程度上具有“私人产品”的属性，受教育者自身是投资中最直接、最主要的获益方，根据谁受益谁买单的原则，受教育者应当支付必要的教育费用。从“机会成本”的角度来看，受教育者更倾向于接受研究生教育，学校和政府可以通过完善资助政策、实施弹性学制等方法进一步促进研究生教育发展。
