人力资本对企业竞争力影响探析

Currently, land, equipment, funds and other material capitals are no longer the main sources of competitive enterprises, and they are replaced by human capital. To explore the connota-tion of human capital, and develop the realistic effect of human capital on enterprises, is of great significance to re-examining the importance of human capital, feasibly strengthening human capi-tal management, and further enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.%当前，土地、设备、资金等物质资本已不再是企业获得竞争力的主要来源，取而代之的是人力资本。通过探析人力资本内涵，挖掘人力资本对企业影响的现实存在，对于重新审视人力资本的重要性，切实加强人力资本管理，进一步提升企业竞争力具有重要意义。
