高职院校学生社团建设与管理探究

摘要

In the background of the rapid development of higher vocational colleges, student association construction and man-agement is faced with new challenges and opportunities. To this end, combined with the writers' own teaching experience, this paper analyzes the current situation of student association con-struction and management in higher vocational colleges, points out the main problems, and explores effective approaches to im-prove student association construction and management.%学生社团建设与管理在高职院校快速发展的大环境中遇到新的挑战和机遇。为此，笔者结合自身教学经验，在本文中针对当前高职院校学生社团建设与管理现状进行分析，指出其中存在的主要问题，同时积极探索改善学生社团建设与管理的有效途径和措施。
