体育教学是我国教育体系的重要组成部分，体育教学的目的旨在帮助学生锻炼身体、增强体质，使得学生养成体育锻炼的习惯。体育教育质量的好坏直接影响到学校体育活动的开展成效。高职院校的体育教育作为体育教育的重要组成部分，对帮助高职学生德、智、体、美全面发展具有十分重要的意义。高职院校的体育教育能够帮助学生最后形成树立良好的体育观念、体育习惯和体育技能，能够帮助即将步入社会的学生打下良好的身体基础。本文重点研究了我国高职体育教学环境的现状，对如何更好地将高职体育教学环境进行优化提高给出了几点建议。%As an important component of China's education sys-tem, sports teaching aims to help students enhance their physical health and form the habit of sports exercise. The quality of sports teaching directly influences the effectiveness of school sports ed-ucation. As an important part of sports education, higher voca-tional sports education is of great significance for higher voca-tional students' comprehensive development in morality, intelli-gence, physique and aesthetics. Sports education can help them form a good concept and habit of physical education and develop good sports skills, thus laying a solid physical foundation for them to enter the society. This paper focuses on the current situation of higher vocational sports teaching environment in China, and puts forward several suggestions on how to optimize it.
