Currently, "recessively playing truant" is a common phenomenon in university classroom teaching, having severely affected the improvement of university teaching quality. From such four perspectives as psychology, management, education and sociology, this paper analyzes the causes of the phenomenon, and explores the crux of the issue, hoping to provide some bene-ficial references for the improvement of university teaching.%当前,高校课堂教学中普遍存在学生“隐性逃课”现象,这对高校教学质量的提高造成了很大的冲击。本文通过从心理学、管理学、教育学、社会学四个角度对大学生“隐性逃课”现象的原因进行多维剖析,了解问题的所在,希望对高校教学工作的改善提供有益参考。
