浅析教育管理的理性化发展

The rapid development of modernization and knowl-edge innovation has given rise to increasing social demands for high-level talents. Under this situation, our country has attached to more and more importance to education development, making efforts to infiltrate education into all aspects of the society in order to stimulate the healthy development of other industries through education. However, education development should be guided by relevant theories, so the modernized development of theories on education management is a need to meet social de-velopment, and it has also made great contributions to the new development of education. But there are also many problems in the modernized development. The writer attempts to explore the ways to solve the problems by analyzing the rational devel-opment of education management, aiming to make education management theories better guide the correct development of education in China.%现代化迅速发展背景下，知识创新等日益崛起，使得社会对高等人才的需求急剧上涨。对此，国家越来越重视教育事业的发展，力图将教育事业融入到社会的方方面面，让教育事业带动其他行业优速发展。而教育事业的发展离不开教育管理理论的指导，教育管理理论的现代化发展是适应社会发展需要的，为教育事业的新发展做出了重要贡献，但是在现代化发展过程中也会存在很多不足之处，我们力图通过分析教育管理理性化发展这一主题来发现并探讨解决这个问题的路径，目的在于让教育管理理论更完善地去指引我国教育事业的正确发展方向。
