需要层次理论对思想政治教育方法论的新启示

摘要

Ideological and political education is a campaign for all members of the society, but each individual has his or her dis-tinctive independent personality. Therefore, to enhance the effec-tiveness and development of the education, all rational factors should be absorbed in the application of ideological and political education methods. It is evident that Maslow's theory Hierarchy of Needs cannot be ignored, as it studies the general laws of hu-man beings' psychological development. But with the progress of the times and the continuous updating of information, social members will have new needs and changes accordingly, so the reference to the Hierarchy of Needs theory should also keep pace with the times under the new situation.%思想政治教育是一项面对全体社会成员的活动，但社会中的个体成员又是具有独立人格的特殊性存在，因此为了增强教育活动的实效性，促进教育自身的发展，思想政治教育在方法的运用上要广泛吸收一切合理因素。而作为研究人的一般心理发展规律的马斯洛需要层次理论自然不容忽视，但随着时代的进步，信息不断更新，社会成员的方方面面也会随之产生新的需求和变化，因此在新形势下对需要层次理论的借鉴也要与时俱进。
