“环境生物技术”课程双语教学模式改革与实践探索

     

摘要

As a new teaching model, bilingual teaching plays an important role in teaching reform in Hu'nan Institute of Technol-ogy. The bilingual teaching will improve the level of professional English of students who major in environmental engineering in our institute, and the ability of students to read fluently about professional literatures. The bilingual teaching model in "Envi-ronmental Biotechnology"is directly correlated with the teaching quality and efficiency. Combined with the experience of our in-stitute, a "staged" bilingual teaching method was discussed in this paper in order to promote and carry out the bilingual teaching in"Environmental Biotechnology"in our institute.%作为一种新的教学模式,双语教学在湖南工学院教学改革中具有重要作用。通过双语教学的实施,可以提高我校环境工程学生的专业英语学习和应用水平,为学生阅读理解专业国际前沿知识打下基础。“环境生物技术”双语教学模式直接关系到该课程的教学质量与效果。本文结合我校的实际情况,对阶段式双语教学模式进行了探讨,旨在促进我校“环境生物技术”双语教学的开展。
