xMOOC教师专业技能储备研究

摘要

慕课改变了传统教育模式的同时弱化了教师的地位和作用。基于行为主义理论的xMOOC蓬勃发展，根本原因是其较好地适应了数字原住民学习者的学习需求和学习方式。面对挑战和契机，教师应加强脚本编写与视频录制、计算机和智能移动终端操作、物联网、数据挖掘与学习分析技术等相关专业技能储备，提高版权意识，积极投入到xMOOC的学习和建设中去。%MOOC changed the traditional teaching mode, at the same time, it is weakening the teachers' status and role.
