本文介绍了高校图书馆目前开展的比较多的几项自助服务以及该自助服务给读者带来服务上的新变化，及其通过这些自助服务能够加强读者的服务工作等。%This paper introduces several widely used self-help services in the current university libraries and new changes the services bring to readers, and points out that these self-help ser-vices can enhance the service for readers.
