人文关怀视域下的高校管理问题

对于我国高校管理现状进行深入调查发现，其中存在着很多问题，造成高校人才流失严重。只有在高校管理中融入更多的人文关怀，才能增强广大教师职工的归属感和自豪感。本文就是对人文关怀视域下的高校管理问题进行深入研究，希望对相关教育人员有所启示，促进高校管理水平的提升。%A thorough investigation into the present situation and problems of management in colleges and universities found that there are many problems, causing serious brain drain of colleges and universities. Only by incorporating more humanistic care into the management of colleges and universities can teaching staff's sense of belonging and sense of pride be enhanced.
