利用医学类节日促进医学院校服务社会的功能

摘要

Medical festivals provide a good chance for medical students to improve their skills and serve the society, but they have always been ignored and their function has not been reflect-ed in the training scheme of medical students. However, medical universities should make good use of medical festivals to carry out extracurricular activities in the form of service, implement prac-tice and form a long-term mechanism. The aim is to improve medical students' humanistic quality and clinical skills, promote their transformation from students to doctors as soon as possible, and also give full play to the function of medical universities in serving the society.%医学类节日是医学生提高技能、服务社会的良好时机，但一直未被引起足够重视，在医学生的培养方案中没有得以体现。医学院校应该利用好医学类节日，用服务社会的方式开展课外活动，进行实践教学，并形成长效机制；以提高医学生的人文素养、临床技能，尽快完成从学生到医生的角色转换[1]，充分实现为社会服务的功能。
