探讨警察执法中如何提高自身防卫训练能力

Among the large number of occupations, police officer is one with high risk, as police officers often encounter various dangers. To reduce their occupational risk, it is necessary to im-prove their self-defense ability. In law enforcement, police offi-cers may encounter abuse, insult, injuries and even death, so a sound security guarantee is needed. We should adhere to the people-oriented values of security, closely connecting police with security culture and ensuring the personal safety of police offi-cers. This paper first analyzes the current situation and problems of personal security defense in Chinese police officers' law en-forcement, and proposes several measures to improve police offi-cers' self-defense ability, such as using weapons, enhancing ed-ucation and training and improving security defense system.%在众多的职业中，警察是风险较高的职业之一，警察在执法中经常遇到各种危险，提高自身防卫训练能力，对于降低职业风险具有重要的意义。警察在执法中，可能遇到谩骂、侮辱和伤亡等意外，需要给予警察良好的执法安全保障，坚持以人为本的安全价值观，将警察与安全文化紧密相连，确保警察的人身安全。文章首先分析了我国警察执法中人身安全防护的现状及问题，并提出从利用装备、加强教育训练和健全安全防卫体系等方面提高警察自身防卫能力。
