The present invention relates to a guard drone and a mobile guard system using the same. Disclosed are a guard drone and a mobile guard system capable of protecting a person to be guarded, using the same, wherein the guard drone detects the person to be guarded and then monitors the person while maintaining a predetermined distance range thereto, performs an action function for a dangerous situation when a danger to the person is detected, and transmits status information about the dangerous situation.
