辅导员是高校队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分，是开展大学生思想政治工作教育的骨干力量。然而，独立学院由于师资力量及办学成本的限制，多数独立学院仍然承袭传统的班主任制度，以兼职班主任替代专职辅导员。这种做法，虽可有效降低用人成本，但也易使得班主任制度流于形式，管理松散，从而影响大学生思想政治教育及管理。如何有效地建立符合独立学院现实条件的高校思想政治队伍，是目前独立学院面临的一个重要现实问题。本文以江西农业大学南昌商学院班主任学生助理的实施经验为基础，探讨独立学院班主任学生助理队伍建设的现状、面临的问题及应对措施。%Counselors constitute an important part in college team and management team, and act as the backbone force for the ide-ological and political education of college students. However, due to the limitations of teaching staff and school-running costs in in-dependent colleges, many independent colleges are still using the traditional head teacher system, namely, replacing full-time counselors by part-time head teachers. This approach can effec-tively reduce personnel costs, but will easily make the head teacher system a mere formality and lead to inefficient manage-ment, thus affecting the ideological and political education and management of college students. How to effectively establish a college ideological and political team suitable for the real condi-tions of independent colleges is an important and realistic issue for independent colleges. Based on the implementation experi-ence of the assistant head teacher system in Nanchang Business College of Jiangxi Agricultural University, this paper explores the current situation and problems of the system as well as the coping measures.
