发动机振动主动控制系统低能耗研究

         

摘要

针对发动机主动控制耗能大的问题,自主设计了一款新型高效的振动发电机来收集振动能量,并通过外接电路将收集的振动能量用于发动机振动主动控制中;基于振动理论,建立了单自由度发动机振动主动控制系统数学模型,利用PID控制策略,以正弦信号代替发动机的二阶惯性力作为激励源,通过Simulink仿真工具进行了仿真分析。结果表明,新型振动发电机用于低、中频段振动信号中可以有效地减少外部功能;采用PID控制可以在较宽的频率范围内衰减垂直振动,满足减震要求。%Aiming at the problem of engine control energy consumption, the authors designed a new type of efficient energy of vibration generator to collect. Through an external circuit, the vibration of the energy was used in active vibration control of engine; Based on vibration theory, the authors built a mathematical model of active vibration control system of single de-gree of freedom motor control is studied by using PID control strategy, replace the engine with sinusoidal signal excitation of 2nd order inertia force; using Simulink simulation tool for the simulation analysis. The results showed that the new type of vibration generator used in low, medium frequency vibration signal can effectively reduce the external function; PID control can be vertical vibration attenuation in wide frequency range and damping requirements.
