This paper introduces several methods of preventing automotive plastic deformation and warping. In order to im-prove the strength of plastic parts, in terms of plastic parts structure, adopt the design of arch, steps and stiffener. When in-jection the molding, optimize the design of mold gate location, form and quantity.%介绍了防止汽车塑料件产生的变形和翘曲的几种方法。为了提高塑料件的强度，重点在塑料件结构方面，进行了拱形、台阶以及加强筋的设计；在注塑成型时优化模具浇口方面，侧重于浇口位置、形式和数量的设计方法。
