A non-linear mathemati cal mod el of the typical suspensionsystem on f reight car bogies is set up,including th e main structure of axle box suspension on the frame type bogie,the cross-brace d connection between side frames of the three-pieced bogie,the side bearing conn ection between the carbody and the bogie .The test and performance simulation are made on the non-linear dynamic model of the car with 2E axle bogie.The effects of different side bearing structures on the running stability and the curve nego tiation performance are compared.The opt imization target and method applicable t o the suspension parameters of freight c ar bogies,as well as the suggestions for further research are put forward.Key words:freight car;bogie;desig n;dynamic simulation;optimization%建立了货车转向架典型悬挂系统的非线性数学模型,包括构架式转向架的轴箱悬挂、三大件式转向架侧架间的交叉支撑连接、车体与转向架之间的旁承连接等主要结构,对具有2E轴转向架车辆的非线性动力学模型进行了验证和性能模拟,比较了不同的旁承结构对运行稳定性和曲线通过性能的影响,提出了适用于货车转向架悬挂参数的优化目标和方法及进一步研究的建议。
