半刚性材料抗裂性能试验研究

         

摘要

In order to study the effect of material composition on the strength of semi-rigid base, the indoor unconfined compressive strength test and resilient modulus test were carried out for semi-rigid base materials with different combinations of inorganic binders.The results show that the compressive strength of the combination of cement,lime,fly ash and gravel has a good correlation with the amount of cement,and the strength increases when more cement is added. With the increase of the age and amount of cement,the resilient modulus of materials increases, which is more obvious in semi-rigid base stabilized with cement.The correlation findings also provide reference to the strength growth prediction of semi-rigid materials.%为研究材料组成对半刚性基层强度的影响,对不同无机结合料组合的半刚性基层材料进行室内无侧限抗压强度试验及抗压回弹模量试验。结果表明:三灰砂砾抗压强度与水泥用量具有较好的相关性,并且随着水泥替代量的增大强度显著提高;随着龄期及水泥用量的增大,各材料抗压回弹模量均增长,水泥稳定类材料较二灰类材料增长更为显著。相关性研究结果可为预测半刚性材料强度增长规律提供参考。
